For exchanges and returns, the customer must contact us by email at info@medgejaspan.com.  We accept returns when received within 30 days after initial delivery. We are not responsible for delays on shipment from your side or insurance coverage. ​Please note the client is responsible for the shipping fees for returns. If you have requested an exchange for another size, upon reception of the item of the wrong size, we will send you the new size free of charge (shipping included).
